Accenture finalizza l’acquisizione di Exton Consulting
PARIGI, 2 agosto 2021 – Accenture (NYSE: ACN) ha finalizzato l’acquisizione di Exton Consulting, società di consulenza francese che fornisce supporto strategico in ambito bancario ai clienti del settore finanziario in tutta Europa. Accenture aveva annunciato l’intenzione di acquisire Exton Consulting il 18 giugno 2021. Le condizioni economiche dell’operazione non sono rese note.
Fondata nel 2006, con sede a Parigi, Exton Consulting affianca i consigli direttivi di importanti banche e compagnie assicurative per supportarli in una gestione ottimale dei progetti di espansione e trasformazione volti a creare nuovo valore per la loro clientela in diversi mercati europei.
Il team, composto da circa 150 professionisti altamente qualificati, entrerà a far parte del settore dei Financial Services di Accenture; ciò permetterà di rafforzare la capacità di offrire soluzioni innovative end-to-end a una gamma più ampia di società operanti nel campo dei servizi finanziari, coprendo tutti gli aspetti dei rispettivi progetti di trasformazione, tra cui strategia, progettazione, tecnologia e operations.
