Accenture completa l’acquisizione di Nike Group


Milano 30 aprile 2020 - Accenture (NYSE: ACN) ha completato l’acquisizione di NIKE Group, società di consulenza italiana specializzata nell’offerta di servizi e soluzioni RegTech (regulatory & technology) per i servizi finanziari. Accenture aveva annunciato l’intenzione di acquisire l’attività il 14 aprile 2020. I termini finanziari della transazione non sono stati resi noti.


I professionisti di Nike Group si uniranno all’area di business di Accenture che offre soluzioni e servizi alla Industry italiana dei servizi finanziari. L’acquisizione consentirà ad Accenture di aiutare i propri clienti in Italia e in Europa a migliorare i processi regolamentari, di controllo e di adeguamento rispetto a norme e leggi.
