Accenture acquisisce Openmind in Italia per supportare i clienti a reinventare le esperienze eCommerce

Le soluzioni multicanale di Openmind amplieranno le competenze di Accenture Interactive di fornire esperienze eCommerce connesse e basate sul Cloud

MILANO; 29 luglio 2021 – Accenture (NYSE: ACN) ha acquisito Openmind, boutique italiana di eCommerce con competenze di spicco in piattaforme basate sul Cloud, con l’obiettivo di offrire esperienze trasformative e soddisfare la domanda dei clienti in un mercato eCommerce in rapida crescita.

Prima acquisizione di Accenture Interactive in Italia, Openmind vanta un approccio consulenziale multidisciplinare nelle aree dell’eCommerce, dei contenuti, della strategia, dell’experience design e della tecnologia, che migliorerà la capacità di Accenture Interactive di offrire eccellenza operativa ai clienti di tutti i settori industriali e specialmente negli ambiti lusso e moda. I termini dell’operazione non sono stati resi noti.

Spinta dalla pandemia, l’industria italiana della moda ha rapidamente accelerato verso lo sviluppo dell’eCommerce e delle vendite online con una previsione di crescita a due cifre nei prossimi tre anni[i], rendendo necessario lo sviluppo, attraverso piattaforme connesse e tecnologie cloud avanzate, di tutte quelle competenze volte a fornire esperienze digitali guidate dai dati e costruite intorno alle persone. L’acquisizione di Openmind continuerà ad ampliare le capacità di eCommerce di Accenture Interactive in Italia, offrendo ai clienti strategia e sviluppo di esperienze su piattaforme come Adobe, Salesforce e SAP e affiancandoli nel raggiungimento dei propri obiettivi di crescita internazionale, facendo leva sulla rete globale di Accenture.
