Bit2win è una soluzione Software as a Service per la gestione degli ordini e la massimizzazione delle vendite basata su Salesforce, entrata nel 2016 in Accenture attraverso l’acquisizione di New Energy Group, per aiutare le aziende a offrire un’esperienza completa e integrata in tutti i punti di contatto con i propri clienti.
“Nel contesto attuale, rispondere alle esigenze dei propri clienti richiede la capacità di anticipare, reagire e adattarsi a condizioni in rapido cambiamento”, ha commentato Alessandro Marin, senior managing director e Accenture Technology lead per Italia, Europa Centrale e Grecia. “Il nuovo percorso di Bit2win è stato pensato per soddisfare queste esigenze – fornendo alle aziende le soluzioni necessarie per implementare rapidamente le loro strategie di mercato – e per proseguire in continuità con il percorso di crescita intrapreso fino ad ora”.
L’accordo prevede che il senior management team di Bit2win e circa 25 persone di Accenture si trasferiscano nella nuova società, in cui Accenture manterrà una quota di minoranza.
